What is Nooticr?
Nooticr is a workspace where you hire AI employees: software agents that each do one role for your business, such as Social Media Manager, Customer Care Agent, Sales Development Rep, Marketplace Manager, Pricing Analyst, Market Research Analyst, Brand and Competitive Intelligence Analyst, Influencer Marketing Manager, Reviews and Reputation Manager, Creative Producer, Web and Growth Analyst, Site Reliability Engineer or Bookkeeper. An assistant helps you manage them.
Nooticr is for businesses: you must be at least 18 and use it for your trade, business or profession.
What does an AI employee do?
Each employee does one role for your business. Employees can work on a schedule, on events, on tasks you send by chat, email or Slack, and together as a team. To do their work, they use the accounts and data you connect, such as your stores and marketplaces, Google services, Slack, social accounts, accounting software, bank feed, MCP servers and files. Some roles also get their own email address and phone number.
By default, anything that reaches the public or a third party (a post, an email, a reply, a phone call, a listing or price change) waits for a person in your workspace to approve it. Each employee works within a monthly budget and a cap per run, and employees do not spend your money, change your ads, payments or billing, or make commitments such as discounts, refunds or contracts.
How does hiring work, and is anything charged before I approve?
You choose a role and the level you want. When you hire an employee, you confirm that it acts for your workspace within the limits and approvals you set.
Employees billed by a monthly subscription show their price before you pay. Nothing is charged until you pay, and such an employee starts only once payment is confirmed. Once it works, its public actions wait for your approval unless you switch an action type to autopilot; some actions, such as publishing posts, always wait for approval.
What are credits?
Runs, tools and some actions use credits, at the rates shown in the app. New accounts receive free credits. You can buy credit packs, and purchased credits do not expire.
How much does an AI employee cost?
Each employee is a monthly subscription, at one level, Base, describing the work its price includes. The Site Reliability Engineer is $329 a month; the Brand & Competitive Intelligence Analyst and the Marketplace Manager are $699 a month; every other role is $499 a month. For example, the Customer Care Agent's Base plan is $499 a month and drafts replies to up to 150 support emails a day.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew each month. Adding or upgrading an employee takes effect at once and is charged pro rata. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before they apply to you, and you may cancel before then.
How do I cancel, or let an employee go?
Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel from your billing page. Downgrades, removals and cancellation take effect at the end of the period already paid. You can also fire an employee from its page; its runs, outputs and conversation are kept as a record.
Can I get a refund?
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable, including for partial periods. If you think you were charged in error, write to [email protected] within 30 days.
How do I delete my data?
Sign in, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. Workspaces you own are deleted for all their members, usually within the hour; from other workspaces you are simply removed. Download your finance records first if you need them.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your account's email address: we confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the request within 30 days. We keep only what we must, such as invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
