At Nooticr, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data and connected social media platform tokens (Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X). You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data in one of two ways:

Option A: Self-Service Deletion via Dashboard (Instant)

Log in to your account at nooticr.com/login.
Navigate to Settings in the side menu.
Under Connected Platforms, click Disconnect Account to instantly delete encrypted platform OAuth tokens.
To delete your entire account, click Delete Account & Data at the bottom of the Settings page.

Option B: Email Request (Processed within 48 Hours)

If you cannot access your account or wish to submit a manual deletion request, send an email to:

[email protected] (or [email protected])

Please use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email].

2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted?

Upon receiving a data deletion request or confirming account deletion:

Encrypted OAuth Tokens: All Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X access & refresh tokens are permanently scrubbed from our database.
User Profile: Your name, email address, password hash, and account settings are deleted.
Draft Content & Media: Uploaded video files, generated script drafts, and scheduling queues are deleted from cloud storage.
Analytics & Metrics: Cached platform performance metrics associated with your workspace are erased.

3. Revoking App Permissions Directly on Social Platforms

You can also revoke Nooticr's access directly on third-party platforms at any time:

Facebook / Instagram: Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites and remove Nooticr.
TikTok: Go to Settings > Security > Authorized Apps and remove Nooticr.
Google / YouTube: Go to Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access and revoke access.
